From static layout to agile workplace

Every great transformation begins with trust. For Stowe Australia, their Sydney office marked the beginning of what would become an ongoing partnership with Nx Studio — the first of five successful fitouts and the benchmark for everything that followed.

When we met with Stowe’s Sydney-based General Manager, Director, and wider team, it was clear their workplace needed to evolve. They weren’t after a simple refresh; they wanted a space that reflected their professionalism and supported a growing, dynamic team. The existing layout lacked connectivity and flexibility, particularly within the training areas, and no longer matched the pace of the business. Our challenge was to transform the space into a cohesive, future-ready environment while keeping operations running smoothly — including the integration of a new staircase connecting the ground floor and Level 01.

Through considered design, the office was completely reimagined. A fully upgraded reception and meeting suite now creates a confident first impression. Flexible multi-purpose training rooms, sit-to-stand workstations, collaboration tables, and touchdown areas support more agile ways of working. New furniture and finishes bring warmth and consistency, while the breakout space opens seamlessly into the open-plan workspace to encourage connection and multifunctional use.

The result is more than a refurbishment — it’s a workplace transformation that strengthens collaboration, enhances training capability, and better reflects Stowe’s scale and ambition. Most importantly, it laid the foundation for an ongoing partnership built on trust, quality, and shared vision.
