Our clients approached Nx Studio wanting to improve the functionality and flow of their kitchen, while refreshing their bathrooms with a lighter, more contemporary feel. The vision was practical yet refined — maximise storage, improve usability and introduce sustainable materials, all while working thoughtfully within the existing footprint.

The primary challenge lay in reworking the kitchen layout to create greater efficiency and bench space without expanding the room. In the bathrooms, the brief required restraint. By retaining the existing tiles and fittings, we needed to achieve a noticeable transformation through select, high-impact interventions rather than a full demolition.

The kitchen was reimagined with a new layout designed to enhance both flow and functionality. Custom cabinetry crafted from eco-friendly timber was paired with sustainably sourced engineered stone for the benchtop and splashback, bringing durability and subtle sophistication. High-quality Blum fittings were installed throughout, ensuring every drawer and cupboard performs as beautifully as it looks.

In the bathrooms, custom-designed vanities became the defining feature — introducing clean lines and contemporary detailing that instantly refreshed both the main bathroom and ensuite, while respecting the existing architectural framework, bath and tiling.

The result is a home that feels significantly elevated yet grounded in thoughtful design decisions. The kitchen now supports everyday living with ease, and the bathrooms feel modern, calm and cohesive — achieved through precision rather than excess.
