In close collaboration with our client, we transformed this existing 1980’s hotel lobby and bottle shop into a high-end gaming suite. Maintaining the existing sandstone walls and timber vaulted ceiling, we created a new gaming bar, separate bathroom suite, and dynamic gaming room for exclusive use to gaming clientele.

The scope of works included:

• New Gaming Lobby, working with existing sandstone walls and timber ceiling, installation of bespoke wall and ceiling lighting, bespoke wall panels with integrated lighting.

• New Gaming and back bar, introducing all new high quality finishes and wash up area.

• New Bathroom Suite: male, female and accessible bathrooms

• New Gaming Room: all new interior finishes including flooring, walls, and ceiling design with bespoke lighting fixtures tailored to enhance the atmosphere and user experience.

• A distinctive architectural portal connecting the gaming lobby and bar, acting as a visual transition and key design element.

• Installation of custom timber and rattan wall panels for a warm, tactile finish.

• Inclusion of custom arched Breeze Blocks designed to allow 50% ventilation, maintaining airflow while enhancing aesthetics.

• Integration of custom gaming screens and ergonomic chairs designed for comfort and aesthetics.

• Design and placement of built-in garden beds and custom planters to bring natural elements into the space.
